Camp Leavell Recreational Camp at Three Rivers, N.M.
Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home operates a recreational camp, located in the foothills of the White Mountains in Three Rivers, New Mexico. The 100-acre facility is located approximately 160 miles northwest of El Paso between Carrizozo and Tularosa, New Mexico.
A gift from the late Charles Leavell, the camp includes three group cabins, a large cabin with a meeting/dining area, a shower house, and a low and high ropes course. Its spectacular views of White Sands National Park and the Tularosa Basin, and access to untouched wilderness provide the ideal environment for a variety of exciting activities designed to give children the opportunity to explore interpersonal and group dynamics.
