Lee & Beulah Moor Back-to-School Club
A new school year brings excitement and opportunity, but for many children, it also brings challenges. At Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home, we strive to ensure that every child in our care starts the school year with the supplies, uniforms, and confidence they need to succeed. Our Back-to-School Club provides a way for individuals and groups to help children feel prepared and ready to learn.
How You Can Help
You can support our Back-to-School Club in several ways:
- Donate School Supplies
Help us equip our children with essential classroom materials. Some of our most-needed items include, but are not limited to:-
- Notebooks, binders, and folders
- Pens, pencils, markers, and crayons
- Erasers, glue sticks, scissors, and rulers
- Backpacks and lunchboxes
- Scientific calculators
- Facial tissue and Clorox wipes

- Provide School Uniforms
Many schools require uniforms, and we want every child to start the year with comfortable and well-fitting clothing. You can donate:- Polo shirts (all sizes, neutral colors preferred)
- Khaki or navy pants, skirts, and shorts
- Sneakers
- Sweaters and jackets for cooler months
- Gift Cards for School Shopping
If you’d like to give children the chance to pick out their own supplies or shoes, gift cards are a great option! Suggested retailers include:- Walmart, Target, Old Navy, and Amazon for school clothes and supplies
- Foot Locker, Academy, and Famous Footwear for school shoes
- Support Special School Events
Every child deserves to experience the excitement of school pictures, prom, and senior year milestones. You can help by donating:- Funds for school pictures and senior portraits
- Driver’s Ed
- Prom attire (dresses, suits, dress shoes, accessories)
- Gift cards or monetary donations for hair, makeup, and formalwear rentals
Why It Matters
A child’s education should never be limited by a lack of supplies. Having the right tools for school helps children feel confident, prepared, and excited to learn.
