Become a Childcare Worker

At Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home, we’re seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Child Care Workers. You’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and adolescents (ages birth to 18) by offering daily mentorship, guidance, and emotional support in a nurturing environment.
As a Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing:
- Daily supervision and structured activities that foster emotional, social, and academic growth.
- Coaching and mentoring to help children overcome challenges and develop life skills.
- Recreational activities to promote teamwork, trust-building, and self-confidence.
Starting annual salary: $26,000 base per individual. Plus $9,600 ($800 a month) housing bonus

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and pass both a driver’s record check and a criminal background check
