Camp Leavell | A Recreational Retreat at Three Rivers, NM

Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home operates a special recreational camp nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains in Three Rivers, New Mexico. Located on a sprawling 100-acre property approximately 160 miles northwest of El Paso, between Carrizozo and Tularosa, Camp Leavell provides an ideal retreat for youth to engage in transformative outdoor experiences.

A generous gift from the late Charles Leavell, the camp is fully equipped with three group cabins, a large cabin that serves as a meeting and dining area, a shower house, and both low and high ropes courses. The camp’s location offers breathtaking views of White Sands National Park and the Tularosa Basin, surrounded by pristine wilderness—creating a perfect setting for adventure, personal growth, and team-building activities.
