Any vacation from school is ALWAYS something to look forward to, unless you worry about going hungry.  In El Paso, 1 in 3 children are hungry and unsure where their next meal will come from.

As Thanksgiving and Christmas approach, many of our children will have the opportunity to visit home or extended family during vacation from school. During these times, our number one worry is that the children are eating and not hungry while away from campus. To ease these worries, the staff of Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home will put together food boxes or bags for the children to take with them and share with their families. We are always planning and collecting for the next visit home. By donating non-perishable food items, you can help insure that our children don’t go hungry while away.
