With over 30 years of experience in social services, Ms. Dipasupil is a certified Child and Youth Care Practitioner dedicated to supporting children and families. She has been a vital part of Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home since 1994, overseeing the administration and clinical supervision of critical programs, including intake and admissions, service planning, case management, adoption, foster care, unplanned pregnancy counseling, and residential care. In her role, she supervises social workers, caseworkers, and student interns, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with licensing regulations. She also leads continuous quality improvement efforts to enhance the effectiveness of these programs. Ms. Dipasupil reports directly to the CEO.
Ms. Dipasupil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Webster University. She is a licensed social worker with an independent non-clinical practice and holds numerous specialized certifications, including:
- Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (National Board of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists)
- SAMA (Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression) Facilitator
- Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator
- Licensed Child-Care Administrator
- Certified in Life Space Crisis Intervention
Before joining the Home, Ms. Dipasupil gained valuable experience at Region XIX and Nichols Institute and completed internships at Life Management Center and the Head Start Program.
Her expertise, leadership, and commitment to child welfare ensure that the children and families served by Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home receive the highest level of care and support.
