Ms. Dipasupil has more than 25 years of experience working with children and families in social services and is a certified Child and Youth Care Practitioner. She has been with Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home since 1994. She is responsible for the overall administration and clinical supervision of intake, admission assessment, service plans, case management, adoption, foster care, unplanned pregnancy counseling, and residential care. She supervises all the social/caseworkers and student interns. She is responsible for providing continuous quality improvement of these programs and compliance with licensing standards. She reports to the CEO.

Ms. Dipasupil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Webster University.  She is a licensed social worker with an independent non-clinical practice. She is a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist through the National Board of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, SAMA (Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression) Facilitator, Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator, Licensed Child-Care Administrator, and is certified in Life Space Crisis Intervention.  She has worked at Region XIX, Nichols Institute, and completed internships at Life Management Center and the Head Start Program.
